SUBMITTING A MAIL OR FAX ORDER: Print clearly or type your order. Be sure to specify color codes and size codes when appropriate. Please double check your order to avoid delays. Item No. (plus color code and size code, if applicable) should total 7 digits/letters.
TELEPHONE ORDERS: Please have all information required ready when you phone in your order: name, address, credit card no. and expiration date, item number, quantity, size and color codes (when available), description, and price each. UPS 2-DAY AIR (or U. S. Postal Service-Priority Mail) Rates:
Merchandise up to $230.00: $23.00
Merchandise over $230.00: 10% of the order.
Outside the connected 48 States, we ship by UPS 2-Day-Air or Postal Priority Mail only. We will increase charges for shipping if the actual charges exceed the above.
APO and FPO orders must be sent by US Postal Priority Mail and may have restrictions on parcel size.
CANADA and MEXICO
Shipping/handling charge is actual charges at the time of shipping
OTHER FOREIGN COUNTRIES
Add $5 handling fee for all countries other than Canada & Mexico in addition to actual shipping charges.
It is best to pay for foreign orders with a credit card to get the best exchange rate and to insure sufficient shipping charge is paid to avoid delays.
Maximum parcel length is 42" (106cm).
Note on VETERINARY CERTIFICATES:
Some countries require a veterinary certificate for the importation of fur or feathers on skin. We can supply these for a fee of $30. Please ask if needed.

DELIVERY TIME
USA-We normally process orders within 24 - 48 hours of receipt. Regular delivery may take from 1 to 7 business days, depending on your location in the US.
Canada & Mexico-Although it should be much sooner, please allow up to 30 days for delivery.
Other Foreign Countries - Surface delivery can take from 1 1/2 to 3 months. Air delivery-allow up to 30 days, although it should take much less time.

BACK ORDERS
On occasion because of scarcity of some item or seasonal over demands, we may be temporarily out of stock. If you prefer not to have anything on your order back-ordered, please let us know. We automatically delete back-orders over 90 days.
